The Programme
Thursday
– Late afternoon for the welcome meeting, introduction to the Wellbeing Retreat and dinner

Friday
– Supercharge your day with an early Pilates or Yoga class
– All day lecture on Balancing Your Hormones with Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD
– Delicious, nutritious buffet lunch provided

Saturday
– Stretch it out in your Pilates class or centre yourself in the Yoga class
– Half day lecture on understanding food labels and store cupboard essentials
– Free afternoon to spend at your leisure in the spa or on the beach, taking a walk or a bicycle ride
– Private, one-to-one consultations with Dr Glenville or one of her team if required

Sunday
– Get up and get down to the gym for your last Pilates and Yoga classes
– Half day “How to Eat Healthily” food demonstration. Free afternoon to make the most of the wonderful hotel facilities including the spa, gym, pool, sensation showers, beach and cycling.
– Private, one-to-one consultations with Dr Glenville or one of her team if required

Monday
– Check out and depart at 12pm
