The Programme

Thursday
– Day of Arrival. Arrive early and spend the day at leisure enjoying the gorgeous facilties
– Rooms will be ready to check in from 3pm
– Early evening welcome meeting and dinner

Friday
– Stretch it out in your Pilates class or centre yourself in the Yoga class
– Free afternoon to spend at your leisure in the spa or on the beach, taking a walk or a bicycle ride

Saturday
– Get up and get down to the gym for your last Pilates and Yoga classes
– Half day “How to Eat Healthily” food demonstration. Free afternoon to make the most of the wonderful hotel facilities including the spa, gym, pool, sensation showers, beach and cycling.

Sunday
– Stretch it out in your Pilates class or centre yourself in the Yoga class
– Relax and enjoy the facilities of the hotel, room check out is at 12pm but you are still free to enjoy all the hotel has to offer before you depart for the UK or you choose to extend your stay
