– Fascinating talk on the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet
– Spend time at your leisure in the spa or on the beach, play a game of tennis or visit the beautiful city of Palma
– Enjoy some evening Yoga

Saturday
– Wake up to morning yoga
– Half day seminar on Improve Your Physical And Mental Health, Naturally with Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD
“How to Eat Healthily” food interactive demonstration.
– spend time at your leisure in the spa or on the beach, play a game of tennis or just relax by the pool
– enjoy some evening Yoga classes

Sunday
– Day of departure, but you are free to stay all day and use the facilities and join the morning yoga class. Rooms will need to be vacated by 12pm, alternatively choose to extend your stay.
